The FA Cup comes to Test Park

On Saturday 17th August Test Park saw its first ever FA Cup game. Team Solent played AFC Porchester and although Team Solent didn't win, a fantastic day was had by all.

Sodexo sponsored the man of the match which was presented by one time Southampton FC manager, Lawrie McMenemy. For those too young to remember Lawrie, he led Southampton to their one and only FA Cup win over Manchester United in 1976.
