Health & Vitality

A students brain is composed of 100 billion brain cells - aka neurons - that drive thinking and learning. Neurons need fuel: good fats, protein, complex carbohydrates, micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and, of course, water. These nutrients are used to drive the learning functions of neurons and a diet short of these makes a poor student.

Our Commitment to You - MSC

Grilled Hake with Braised Peas & Bacon and Baked Hake with Chilli Marinade are just two of the dishes you will find on our Bowl bar that carry the MSC label.

When you see the MSC blue logo on our menus you'll know that the fish we serve in our restaurant is from a sustainable fishery.

Top Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc OBE has turned detective for a new series of short animations about sustainable fish. The Chef Patron of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons has followed Inspector Clouseau, turning into a cartoon super-sleuth to investigate three cases that would test even the greatest of detectives.

Here is the link to his first challenge entitled -

But that's not all!

By visiting the MSC in the UK Facebook page you can enter the competition to win yourself a 'SPY-PAD' (or 16GB iPad mini with retina display to you and me)

So look out for information regarding this fantastic competition in the restaurant and remember that every time you see the MSC logo on one of our dishes it is part of our continued Commitment To You to ensure we deliver the best in food you can trust.
