The Big V - The Results

During March & April 2016 we conducted something we called The Big V Survey. The aim of this was to understand what we did well and not quite so well in relation to providing our Vegetarian & Vegan customers with a suitable menu. It was a very honest survey & we uncovered some very interesting results. We are working through this to ensure we deliver a better service going forward & we'd like to thank you all for taking part.
